Cute shop and lovely service. I stopped by after work today because I was craving cupcakes and this was local and had gluten free options. Unfortunately, at least one of the two cupcakes I bought was stale and dry. It was disappointing after thinking about it all day. :( The cupcake was probably at least a day or two old, the sprinkles were soft. I think this cupcake might have been really good the day it was made, but today wasn't that day. Hoping cupcake number two will manage to survive until I have it tomorrow.

I really wanted to love Lady Di’s Cookies because their treats are genuinely delicious and clearly popular, but their inventory practices are so frustrating. They repeatedly underbake (in the sense of under‑producing) their most popular items and almost never have enough on hand, even at peak times when they know customers will be coming in. It feels like they are not thinking about the customers’ experience or adjusting their baking to match what clearly sells best, which is disappointing for a business that has been around this long. When your best sellers are constantly sold out, that is not “good demand,” it is poor planning and, in my opinion, bad business. I hope they start listening to their customers and consistently bake enough of their true best sellers so people don’t leave empty‑handed.

My daughter passed her gold medalist testing for figure skating, and I wanted cupcakes to surprise her with that were gold. Called Lady Di’s and they sent a couple of sample ideas for me the very next day. The worker I spoke with was incredibly helpful and friendly, and I picked up the beautiful cupcakes today. They were not only beautiful, they were delicious, and one of my daughter’s friends said it was the best cupcake she’s ever had. Lady Di’s knocked it out of the park, I ordered 100 more for a work event this week. Fantastic, and at a price that seems reasonable, especially for the excellent quality. We will be repeat customers and I’ll be telling all of my friends. Side note, they have an incredible dessert case when you go into the store, bad for anyone on a diet!!

It was really nice. It looked like the whole shop should have and could have been bigger. They had quite a bit inside that tiny little store. My daughter had no idea what to do with herself because there were so many things to get there and It blew her little mind. When she found out that it's not only cookies, and cakes and wafers, and apples, there is also ice cream, she was super excited.

There is dessert and then there is DESSERT I personally believe we should eat dessert first and dinner second because it’s just that good I had a really hard time narrowing down what I was going to get because the options were vast and everything was calling my name I decided on a pistachio macaroon I cannot get enough of these and not a lot of places make them because I guess it’s not a staple fav flavor for people I need the world to change this because it’s my absolute favorite and it was sooooo yummy We also got a lemon crumble bar It was good not my ultimate favorite but the overall texture and flavor was pleasing Last but not least was the cookie butter cupcake I am a biscoff fan I still remember the day I had my first biscoff cookie so any opportunity to taste that bad boy in an form is a YESSSSS the cupcake was spongy and moist and the biscoff flavor was sooo delicious I could taste it in every bite without it be overly sweet
